Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can analyse up to 5 reports a month and keep 2 patient profiles for free.
How does the free trial work?
Monthly and Yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before it ends to avoid being charged.
How do I cancel?
Open your App Store or Google Play account, go to Subscriptions, choose Labgist and cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
What does Lifetime mean?
A single payment for Premium for as long as the app is offered. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds follow their policies. You can request one through your store account. See terms.
