Terms of Use

The rules for using Labgist. Effective 30 October 2026.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Labgist (the app and this website) you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Not medical advice

Labgist organises and explains lab results for general information only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. AI output can be wrong. Nothing in the service creates a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified clinician about your results, and seek emergency care for urgent symptoms. See the medical disclaimer.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18. You are responsible for your sign-in and for the activity on your account. You must have the right to upload any report you add, including reports about other people, such as family members for whom you act.

4. Your content

You own the reports and data you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit them (including to our AI and cloud providers) solely to run the service for you. You can delete your content at any time in the app.

5. Acceptable use

6. Plans, payments and subscriptions

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features, limits or prices going forward, and we will give notice of material changes to paid plans.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make from the service’s output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
